Includes the following services:

  • New SKF bearing.

  • Pump and tank have been ultrasonically cleaned.
  • All screens and filters cleaned.
  • Check valve is cleaned and checked.
  • Polish pump surface.
  • Shaft sleeving or shaft repair is included.

Please send the pump with the tank and the fitting on the side of the pump. You can choose to remove the front pulley as it is not required. By purchasing this listing, we will contact you and return ship the pump to the address in this listing.
• NOTICE:
  • Install pressure sensor into pump. Do not use Teflon tape or paste. Use a liquid thread sealant for hydraulic parts. Use brake clean to clean any fluid of sensor threads.
  • You must use the correct fluid and flush all old fluid out of system. Failure to comply can lead to early pump failure.
  • Before installing, prime pump with small drill or by hand with power steering fluid. Pump is already pre-primed, but we recommend flushing to clear all test fluid from system. Failure to prime the pump can lead to a vapor lock and severe damage to pump.
