Description
Insulative 1800 Degree F ceramic coating installed in house by a JB Performance certified ceramic coater. We can apply air dry and high temperature cure products depending on the product and it’s sensitivity to heat. High temperature cure products are more durable. External color choices are available.
Our fees are based on the time required to properly protect the product. Lowest starting cost is $42.50 labor plus $35 in materials. We blast, degas, ultrasonically clean the surface, coat, and heat cure. We also provide protective high temperature tape and silicon plugs and shapes over sensitive surfaces such as around bolt holes, threads, and machined surfaces. Most headers will cost around $225 for a V8, V6 around $200 and I4 around $125.
Blast cabinet size: 35″ length x 46″ wide x 33″ high. We use blasting materials that are suited for the product being blasted.
Ultrasonic parts washer size: 20″ length x 32.5″ wide x 20″ high. We have chemicals that are sensitive to aluminum. Hand Cleaning- unlimited.
Oven size: 3′ length x 3″ width x 6′ high. Capable of 900 degree F.
