We are not a speed coater or discount powder coater. We apply show quality finishes and provide professional blasting, ultra sonic cleaning, and baking of product before applying any coating. The cleaner the surface, the longer the powder will adhere to the item without flaking or changing of color over time. This is what separates us from ‘industrial’ or assembly line powder coating. We take the time to assure a show room finish and protect assembly areas from possible chipping during assembly from machined surfaces to mounting of hardware. This is where the extra labor cost comes from.
Labor and supplies cost is estimated before any work is completed. We require the item to be shipped in for an estimate. We use Prismatic Powders with over 6,500 colors. We have experience with single stage, dual stage, wrinkles, veins, metallic, textures, casts, and glazes.
Oven size: 6 feet by 3 feet by 3 feet up to 900 degrees F.
