Have an item that you can’t get a gasket for? Hard to get? Just need one? We can help.

We can help make 1 or many gaskets for person, small business, or large volume. We offer design services if you need to replicate a gasket. This can be done from an intact gasket, access to product surface, or we can cut from an already created DWG file. We can create gaskets to hold back air, fuel, oil, chemicals, heat, and more.

Products that we have gaskets for:

Small engine, carburetors, valve covers, superchargers, intake manifolds, throttle body, water pumps, fuel pumps, IAC valves, PCV, EGR, furnace heater tubes, sanitation, water industry, food industry, mechanical equipment, and more!

Materials we can cut are Paper, Cardboard, Rubber, Silicone, Aramid Fiber, PTFE, NBR- nitrile rubber, Wood, SBR (food grade), CR, Acrylic, Graphite.

Variable that are considered in pricing:

• Already have a DWG file? No design fee.
• Design services are $110 per hour. Some gaskets can be created in minutes, while others can take hours with multiple holes and complex curves.
• If you have fitment information about what the gasket fits, there is a chance we can offer a discount, if we believe we can serve someone else.
• Amount of material used- versus scrap. Can we use the scrap on another project?
• Quantity. More volume always divides the setup time.
• URGENT or EXPRESS services. If you already have a design file, we can create a gasket almost the same day. Need to have it designed in a hurry? Contact us for a timeline.
