Return, Exchange, or Cancelation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY

Cancelation requests are subject to a cancelation fee of 10% and are only allowed if the following has occurred:

  • The item(s) have not shipped.
  • The items have not been special ordered. Example are supercharger kits, custom parts.
  • Cancelations must be done by making contact and having a return response by a JBP employee. A phone call is best as the shipping department does not have email.
  • 10% fee is charged for cancelations due to credit card companies no longer refund processing fees, and they charge processing fees to return money as well. This happened in 2021 with all major processors.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges can occur if the following has occurred:

  • The item(s) have not shipped. If your item has shipped, please see returns below.
  • The items have not been special ordered. Example are supercharger kits, custom parts.
  • Exchanges must be done by making contact and having a return response by phone or email.
  • There is no fee for an exchange.

RETURN POLICY

Returns can occur if the following

  • 30 days have not passed since delivery.
  • The items are not special ordered. Example are supercharger kits, custom parts.
  • The items have not been open, used, or installed.
  • All automatic approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee is due to credit card companies no longer refund processing fees, and they charge processing fees to return money as well. This happened in 2021 with all major processors. It also pays for the time to return parts kits that were assembled back to individual trays for restock.
    • Automatic approved returns are bearings, seals, oil, gaskets, hard parts.
    • Parts that JB Performance made an error in pulling.
    • Items that cannot be returned are aluminum impellers with broken seals on the box. Supercharger kits, custom parts, custom coatings. Exceptions are only granted by Jon.
  • Product must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Open or altered packaging will not be accepted.
  • Any part which shows evidence of being used, installed improperly, subjected to improper abuse, handling, packaging, or missing by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. .
  • Automatically approved return for exchange are NOT subject to 20% restocking fee. If you have an item that is not an automatically approved item, approval must be granted by Jon.

To get a return processed properly:

  • Returns must have a copy of the invoice included with the return.
  • Return ship to the address at the top of the invoice. Write return on the invoice.
  • Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser. Exceptions may be granted for JB Performance errors. If you are outside of the USA, and JB Performance makes an error, contact us for specific directions.
  • By submitting a return, you agree to allow us 2 to 4 business days to process the return. If you submit a chargeback for your refund, there will be a $50 processing fee.
  • JB Performance reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse based on our findings of the condition of the return.
  • The original shipping is not refundable unless it is a JB Performance error.
  • Please allow 2 to 4 business days after arrival for a refund to occur. Refunds are done by Jon. There may be times when Jon is out of office. If your refund is delayed longer than 4 business days, please email or call for status update . All returns that are denied will have an explanation provided by email.
  • If your return is denied, you have 30 days after notification to have your denied item, return shipped. Denied items will be disposed of after 30 days of arrival.
