Shipping And Returns

We can send your order anywhere International. All our items are packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by USPS or UPS and require signature on any package valued over $200 USD. Tracking will always be sent to the customer where available. Shipping time is generally between 1 to 5 working days within the USA. International orders are generally 1 to 45 business days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.

We normally ship our products within one to two business days of your order submission. Cut off times shipping are 9am for USPS and 2PM UPS each business day. Days before major Holidays may have an exception. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business day we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

We do not cover losses due to the following:

1. Your inability to have a functioning/locking mailbox.
2. Once it is delivered to said mailbox, it is your responsibility to secure the package from the mailbox- AND in a reasonable time frame.
3. Post Office held the package with a deadline date, and you failed to pickup the package within the specified timeline.
4. The address you provided on your purchase was not the correct address.
5. Stolen from mailbox, porch, or doorway. Contact the police or your local postal inspector.


International orders are classified as those shipping outside of the U.S. or U.S. territories. All international orders must be pre-paid. Actual freight charges will be based on weight and billed at the time you place your order. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. The invoice must reflect actual product prices for parts shipped and will not be altered. Customs duties and taxes will be billed to you by the shipping company at the time of delivery. Shipments that are replacements for warranty parts will be noted as such.

Cancelation requests can be conducted for non-special order items, anytime before shipment. Fees for cancelation will only be for the exact amount of fees that are non-refundable. Paypal charges to accept money, refund, and to exchange currency. This amount can be between 3.5 and 20%. Credit card companies will typically charge 2.75 to 3.75%.

All parts returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Explanation of why a return fee is provided below. Open/unsealed items may not be returned. Supercharger head units, supercharger kits, custom orders, and customer requested/altered items cannot be returned.

Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited). PLEASE NOTE: As of last year, credit card companies charge companies to process a credit card for purchase and to process a return. These fees are non-refundable.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind or on custom parts, so please choose carefully.
Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper abuse, handling, packaging, missing by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-fundable.

Please include a copy of your invoice, with your return.

Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers’ defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. Superchargers are not returnable for credit or refund. Parts are warranted by the manufacturer, with most usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Warranty claims will be processed by the manufacturer with the manufacturer holding the final decision. Warranty claims on labor items will be processed by JBP.
