Shipping Policy

Shipping for web site/phone purchases:

  • Items valued over $225 will require a signature due on delivery. Supercharger kits are always insured by JB Performance.
  • The website allows you to choose between UPS and USPS. Phone orders will only have UPS.
  • All our items are packaged for safe delivery.
  • All orders come with tracking.
  • Shipping time varies by carrier, but are typically 1 to 5 business days.
  • JB Performance will process orders Monday-Thursday. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • We have daily pickup from UPS on or before 2 PM. USPS pickup is not highly reliable or predictable on the time of daily pickup.
  • If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business day we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
  • The customer is responsible for the correct delivery address. Returned mail will be processed as a return, using our Returns Policy.

We do not cover losses due to the following:

1. Your inability to have a functioning/locking mailbox.
2. Once it is delivered to said mailbox/porch, it is your responsibility to secure the package from the mailbox- AND in a reasonable time frame.
3. Post Office held package with a deadline date, and you failed to pickup the package within the specified timeline.
4. The address you provided on your purchase was not the correct address.
5. Stolen from mailbox, porch, or doorway. Contact the police or your local postal inspector.

International Customers:

  • Please read everything above and add these recommendations below.
  • We recommend UPS for international destinations and any high dollar orders.
  • We ship to all International destinations that are approved destinations from the USA.
  • Shipping time varies by carrier, but are typically 1 to 5 business days. If you choose USPS, expect delivery times to vary between 1 to 45 days.
  • We will always fill out customs paperwork and provide an invoice. Some countries allow electronic customs. If so, we participate. We fill out customs paperwork for free.
  • Custom duties and fees for your country are not pre-paid. If shipping by UPS and you wish to pre-pay taxes on your behalf, contact us. We do have UPS software that allows us to do this. There is no charge for this service other than the cost of your duties and taxes.

Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers’ defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. Superchargers are not returnable for credit or refund. Parts are warranted by the manufacturer, with most usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Warranty claims processed by the manufacturer are subject to manufacturer’s decision. We have no input on this decision process.
