Note: There is an early 96 version of this casting that has a black vacuum port attached to the casting with one bolt with 3 vacuum lines. If you have this style, it will need sent in for a rebuild as these are rare and we do not have any of these cores. They look identical to this core, other than this small change.
Included in this listing is a full remanufacture of this supercharger. Every consumable is replaced! All hard parts are restored.
- GM 3800 Series 2 (L67) Supercharger core.
- Full JB Performance Supercharger rebuild labor. Includes 12 month warranty.
- JB Performance Supercharger oil- the best in the business. Reduces gear case temperatures.
- SKF bearings. Stock INA needle bearings.
- Flouro-rubber SKF front seal, PTFE rotor seals- can take Methanol or Alcohol injection, Eaton carbon fiber coupler.
- Ceramic coated rotors. Reduces rotor heat soak. No coating to flake off and plug the intercooler.
- Includes stock pulley and bypass valve, plastic tube fitting, PCV valve assembly, and mounting shield tab.
- We also replace any worn bypass parts such as bypass bearings and butterfly.
Trade in your old M90 before or after purchase. Requires a full inspection of the old unit. Damaged pulleys and bypass valves reduce the core value.
*Core fee: To receive the $450, the supercharger must be well packaged on return, be rebuildable, have a working bypass and pulley. Bearings, seals, and rotor coating condition does not matter. Any significant or shipping damage could affect core value, so we suggest to pack in original packaging.
