This is why JBP teamed up with IHI Turbo, to have new, OEM rotor packs built and manufactured by the original manufacturer, for your supercharger, to bring it back to the original factory condition.

Comprehensive Remanufacturing Services
At this time, we only offer new IHI Turbo rotor packs with drive remanufacturing services for 200HP – 400HP Verado Supercharged L6 engines. Â For those that may not know, IHI Turbo America manufactured the supercharger for the Mercury Verado. At sometime in the future, IHI Turbo may consider building new parts for other models as well.

How to get your L6 Supercharger Remanufactured
At Verado Supercharger Repair, you will receive a dedicated Jon Bond Performance technician assigned to disassemble, ultrasonic clean, and inspect your supercharger that you will ship to us. The main case and drive snout casting will be re-used and prepped for a NEW, OEM IHI Turbo G3 rotor pack/gear assembly. The drive snout will be remanufactured with new SKF bearing, new shaft, new seal, and new hardware. New OEM IHI Turbo gaskets and couplers are installed. The unit is electronic tested, capped for travel, and properly packaged for the return journey.
All of this can be done in a one day turn around time when delivered before 10am on or before your appointment time. UPS Next Day Air return shipping is available. The price for this service will be $3000 USD. This will cover general labor, internal gaskets, new rotor pack, new consumable kit, all new drive snout consumables. It will not cover shipping, customs or duties, damage to the external housing, bent pulleys, damaged threads or corrosion. We reuse your case and front drive snout casting. Everything else is NEW FACTORY INTERNALS. Remember to pack your supercharger well to avoid extra fees due to damage.
